We are a startup comprised of medical professionals who have created, clinically validated, and successfully launched a proprietary AI Clinical Surveillance System. This system is designed to monitor and report on Chronic Disease Conditions prior to their escalation into acute states.

Jackie Busch has over 14 years of experience in the medical device domain, including virtual care, radiosurgery, and patient monitoring in acute and post-acute care hospital settings. Jackie’s extensive clinical experience included specialization in critical care, post-anesthesia, surgery, and clinical education. She served as Vice President at four different clinical and healthcare services companies for over seven years. Jackie most recently was Vice President of Solution Design at Amwell.

Her journey began as a young woman in the United States Air Force during Operation Desert Storm and the Gulf War, where she laid the foundation for a remarkable career marked by integrity, passion, and dedicated service. With 33 years of invaluable healthcare experience and 22 years of progressive leadership, Andrea has emerged as a value-driven Nurse Executive, consistently prioritizing patient well-being, operational excellence, and the delivery of high-quality care. Her leadership roles have spanned diverse healthcare settings, including healthcare systems, community hospitals, and ambulatory facilities, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of healthcare administration. A proud member of the American Nurses Association, Andrea is deeply engaged in both professional and community spheres. Her involvement extends to supporting vital organizations such as Families Against Narcotics (FAN) and Turning Point, a shelter dedicated to assisting women and children escaping physical and emotional abuse. Andrea’s expertise encompasses various aspects of healthcare, including hospital operations, nursing, value-based purchasing, and the care continuum. Her passion for advancing healthcare, coupled with her extensive experience, positions her as a leader dedicated to fostering positive change in the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare.

Jack Weiner is a distinguished professional with a remarkable 40-year career in the healthcare industry. His journey began as a pharmacist, earning his PharmD in clinical pharmacy from Wayne State University, before transitioning into administrative roles that would define his impactful career. Commencing as an administrative resident at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Weiner quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing his commitment and expertise. His leadership roles include pivotal positions at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, Grand Rapids’ St. Mary’s Health Care, and Northeastern Hospital in Philadelphia. During his tenure at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, where he served for over a decade, Weiner played a pivotal role in guiding the institution through a transformative period. His visionary leadership spearheaded a $300 million campus redevelopment, positioning the hospital as a beacon of healthcare excellence. Prior to his tenure at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, Weiner served as the president and CEO of St. Joseph Mercy Macomb. Here, he left an indelible mark by leading the launch of an open-heart surgery program, a testament to his commitment to advancing healthcare services. Under his guidance, the institution also underwent a significant $30 million expansion, solidifying its position as a regional healthcare leader.

Jane Thornhill performed decades of healthcare leadership in her roles within Henry Ford Health and the Henry Ford Physician Network (HFPN). As an organizational leader of the HFPN, she led a core team that has effectively expanded the Network’s provider reach in Southeast Michigan. Jane worked to build the Mosaic Accountable Care Organization and proved to be a strong administrative champion.

Prior to joining the HFPN, Jane successfully managed clinical operations in the Henry Ford Medical Group’s Department of Neurosurgery, the Center of Cancer Surgery and the Referring Physician Office. Jane enhanced her real-world knowledge of value-based care that is crucial to the future of healthcare. While at Evolent Health,she led a national Clinical Network Performance team focused on population health.

Jane has spoken at national conferences as a subject matter expert in value-based-care, physician referral management and direct-to-employer contracting. Jane has been published most recently in AHA Data & Insights FUTURESCAN Health Care Trends and Implications 2024.

Jane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, a Master’s in Leadership Administration, along with certificates in LEAN and Change Management Facilitation in healthcare. Jane serves as an executive advisor of transformation for IntoValue Group. Focusing on direct to employer contracts, by improving the health and wellness of the workforce and reducing the administrative burden with insurance companies. Additionally, giving back to the community is a top priority for Jane. Jane serves on the board of an organization, Progressive Lifestyles, Inc., that prioritizes a safe and loving environment for individuals with disabilities.

Currently, he works at Ascension Health where he brings experience in performance improvement, strategic planning, associate engagement, and improved patient care. Jeff is a graduate of the American University of the Caribbean, School of Medicine with a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Over the course of his career, he has supported healthcare operations, clinical quality, practice management, and human resource functions. He is a healthcare leader, supporting high-performing teams focusing on innovation and continuous learning.
