How to Request Deletion of Your Account and Data 

  

If you created an account in the ONEai Health app, you may request deletion of your account and associated data in the following ways: 

  • In the app: Go to [Settings > Account > Delete Account] and follow the prompts. 
  • By email: Email help@oneaihealth.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the phone number or email associated with your account. 

  

Verification and Timing 

  

To protect you, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. After verification, we aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, where backup/archival systems are involved). 

  

What Deletion Means 

  

When you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify data associated with your account that we are not required or permitted to retain. We may retain certain information for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, billing, audit, or dispute-resolution reasons, as described in the Data Retention section.
